Design a flower arrangement customization flow, where the user can personalize bouquets.

Proyect Background
I created a website to help online users interested in creating a personalized unique gift, expressing what they feel through flowers.
Creé un sitio web para ayudar a los usuarios en línea interesados en crear un regalo único personalizado, expresando lo que sienten a través de las flores.
Role: I am the UX Lead Designer in this project from conception to delivery.
Research Goals determined if users can complete tasks within flower shop website, determine if the app is difficult to use.
Research questions: Are there any parts of the checkout flow that users struggle with? Can users easily navigate to different parts of the website from the landing page? Can users find the piece they are looking for? Do users understand how to find the hall they are interested in? Do users think the app is easy or difficult to use? Are users able to use the search function system?

Conclusion/Conclusión
Mientras diseñaba el sitio web de Floralys, aprendí a mejorar la experiencia del usuario a través de la planificación y realización de estudios de usabilidad, la creación de sitemaps y wireframes. He confirmado cuanto me gusta aplicar conocimientos de investigación y diseño mejorando la experiencia de los usuarios.
While designing the Floralys website, I learned how to improve the user experience through planning and conducting usability studies, creating sitemaps and wireframes. I have confirmed how much I enjoy applying research and design knowledge to improve the user experience.
